Would you buy a “weight loss” book from this man?

This made me laugh I am afraid.

http://www.mid-day.com/news/2010/feb/130210-Ipswich-Paul-Mason-fattest-man-weight-loss-book.htm

This man is from where I live and respect to him for losing weight but a book? How much padding can diet and excise need?

Losing weight the healthy way is simple :D Just do Cardio work outs. It healthy. The pounds will start to drop. So no i would not buy a book. If it’s genetics, talk to a doctor for advise.
But mainly is self motivation. In many countries the cardio of a person is walking to places in their city or malls and they eat all the junk food they want but they don’t get to hungry because they always burning energy so they eat moderate.
