Why don’t overweight men show up at Weight Watchers meetings?
Posted on March 11th, 2010 2 commentsThere are plenty of overweight and obese men, but I seem to be the only guy at the Weight Watchers meetings I’ve attended. And it’s not like Jenny Craig, LA Weight Loss or the others are any different. Are men just not “joiners”?

Why do so many women adopt the ‘lazy’ approach to weight loss?
Posted on March 10th, 2010 8 commentsAllot of women i know who are trying to lose weight very rarely exercise and tend to try out slimming tablets and diets. Why do more men exercise to lose weight than women? Are women just lazy? I am a woman and i exercise and just adopt a healthy eating plan for life, rather than for a month so i can get into a new swimsuit? I find these womens’ approaches to weight loss and health disgusting.
