Having been out of work for medical reasons for 18 months, I was fairly certain that the moment I was taken off antibiotics, I’d get sick because of my lack of immunity and the constant exposure I have to contagious diseases while working.
Although, I don’t feel differently taking resveratrol, I haven’t been sick in the 3 months I’ve been back to work. Since this is the season for many upper respiratory infections, I’m very pleased to not have been sick. Taking resveratrol is the only addition I’ve changed to my supplements, there must be a relationship between the two.
