klimatik is this actually real? i want to start doing it and im in shape already but im just want a challenge, i know it is harder then hella man props for doing it and u look ripped now, but did u just order it one day and did it and look like that after?
good stuff lol but no great job well i do p90x and im at 12% bf and i was wondering do you think i could do the p90x nutrition guide and my own stuff like run and lift becuz thats what i did b4 p90x?

Hey.. Your transformation was amazing. you did awesome. I just have a couple of questions. i just ordered p90x and should be comming soon. and you have almost the same build as me. i was wondering what weight ammounts did you use for the free weights bc you looked nice and toned and lean. with out looking super bulk and thats what i would like to achieve. and did you tke any protein suppl or shakes? thank you

While you were a little bit bigger you could have try strenght training to become real muscular and strong buuuuuuut you decided to become a 160 pound weakling. Still your results are pretty impressive for only 90days thats a lot of fat you lose , congrat!

@05joeyj well you will need some equipment to go along with it. dumbells, push up bars, yoga mat, yoga blocks, and pull up bar… and if all else fails the pocket… Resistance bands! the program will tell you the order of the dvds so you will be fine.
