i workout on my biceps and legs and i walk 35 minutes everyday and i diet PLEASE NO ACAI BERRY OR DIET PILLS.

I WANT TO LOSE ARM FAT TO GET SHOWABLE BICEPS

I WANT TO LOSE A LITTLE THIGH FAT FOR SHOWABLE MUSCLE THIGH

I WANT TO LOSE MAN BOOBS AND STOMACH FAT

OH AND ALSO HOW TO LOSE CHIN FAT

    Cut almost all processed foods from your diet.
    Increase your lean meats & healthy carbs (whole grains).
    Exclusively drink water & a lot of it.
    Do weight training & run an hour every day.

    it all takes time my friend. just because loose the fat it doesnt mean that ur skin will tighten up. that takes time. jus keep workin at it ma friend…..

    Fitness one hour every day for 1 hour (trust me it’s heavy) and you my friend will be in perfect muscular shape

    Go to Weight Watchers… They make you eat healthy and have good habits. You can lose up to 2 pounds a week if you follow it!

    If you want to lose weight and get toned at the same time, you should run at least 1 to 2 miles a day, and you must combine that with weight lifting. To get toned and ripped the best way to go is to make 3 to 4 sets of 12 reps with low weight, and don’tforget to do alot of abs, at least 50 to 70 abs a day.

    you cannot “spot treat”
    when you burn fat, your body burns fat from everywhere that it stores fat
    (belly, butt, arms, chin, thighs, etc.)
    you cannot say “I want to lose fat on my arm”
    you can, however, say “I want to make my arm muscle bigger”
    if you are burning fat (from everywhere on your body) and working your arm muscle at the same time your arm will become much more toned
    less fat+more muscle=toned arm

    that is why so many personal trainers recommend a program of both weight training and cardio (at least thirty minutes of cardio)
    the cardio works your heart and helps burn fat
    the weight training increases your muscle mass (muscle, by the way, requires more calories to maintain, so the more muscle you have, the easier it will become to lose weight)

    I would suggest you lift weights 3-5 times a week alternating between legs and upper body, and give yourself a good cardio workout every day
    day1: 30min-60min cardio workout + leg workout
    day2: 30min-60min cardio workout
    day3: 30min-60min cardio workout + upper body workout (chest/back/arms/abs)
    day4: 30min-60min cardio workout
    day5: 30min-60min cardio workout + leg workout
    day6: 30min-60min cardio workout
    day7: 30min-60min cardio workout + upper body workout

    it sounds like you know pretty much what you are supposed to be doing
    if you diet right, and stay committed to your workouts, you might be able to pull off 15 pounds (but it’s going to be a lot of hard work)

    also, have you tried acai berry? hahaha, just kidding

    Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing.
    There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there’s also the Jojo-effect.
    The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.
    Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That’s an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn’t that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?

    Weight loss is a tricky topic. Lots of people are unhappy with their present weight, but most aren’t sure how to change it – and many would be better off staying where they are. You may want to look like the models or actors in magazines and on TV, but those goals might not be healthy or realistic for you. Besides, no magical diet or pill will make you look like someone else.

    So what should you do about weight control?

    I found this on this website. There are more tips and info.

    1. If what you are eating has less than 1 carb, count it as 1 carb just to be sure.

    2. Totally avoid caffine at least for the first two weeks on the program.

    3. Drink a MINIMUM of 8 glasses of plain water or seltzer daily.

    4. Don’t weigh yourself more than once a week

    5. Take starting measurements as well as weight – sometimes you’ll lose inches before pounds

    6. Avoid any type of “low carb” sweetener for the first two weeks

    7. Don’t compare your loss to someone else’s – this is a YMMV thing (your milage may vary)

    8. Stalls are common around the third week so don’t panic

    9. If you follow your plan to the T and don’t lose, consider Candida as a possibility and avoid vinegar, cheese, mushrooms and any other fermented food

    10. Have bloodwork done before starting so you have a comparison

    11. Cholesterol can be elevated in the first few weeks til your body adjusts – make sure your doctor knows that you’re doing low carb and when you started

    12. Don’t blame the diet if you don’t read your plan book — blame the diet if you don’t read the labels — Don’t blame the diet if you don’t follow the diet
