Good Weight loss for MEN that work FAST that are either CHEAP or FREE that arent a SCAM?

please help D:

oh and if your that personwho suggested that thing starting with fruis then ging to veges then so on thre as like a big feast part and a bannana and milk part and drinking 10 glasss of water a day NO I TRIED ALL YA DIETIN PLANS AND THEY DIDNT WORK!!

if you can try and contact me using aim almost allways on afer 2:40-3:30.

hoping to drop from somewere above 200 assumed 200-250 to atleast 130 or lower
or under 145

also NO CINCH TO EXPENSIVE

ive been currently watching what i eat and biking down my street up a huge hill and down to the library (usually rakes like 20-60 minutes) and dont seem to be gettin anywere

I would take the time to wait a couple years for my targeted weight BUT my cholstral is seriusly high and im a heart attack waiting to happen and the biggest thing that scares me is that im only 12
and my doctor also said if i keep up the way ive been eating by 2010 id be 300 LBs and thats way to much and ive been triengbut nothings woking!!!!!

    Diets really don’t work. You can’t completely switch foods instantly. Your cravings overcome it. You can eat healthier foods, and less of the bad4u foods. For instance, replace soft drinks with flavored water, or (something I did) trade a pizza sub for an oven roasted chicken sandwich at Subway. Only eat those crave foods every now and then, and eventually eliminate them.

    Try situps, push ups, keep on biking but do it longer (make sure u got enough energy to get back).

    Move more, eat less.

    I’d cut the desserts, or if you allready have then you should should cut back even more on the amount you eat. The way that you eat is way more important than exercise in weight loss.Like I just cut all that I ate during the summer by 1/2 and did no exercise whatso ever and i lost ten pounds, Make shure you also eat a good breakfast not not not eggs bacon or any other greasy food,eat like some fruit or some cherrios, which also lower your risk of a heart attack. If you eat a good breakfast you will not be as hungary for lunch, which tends to be a meal where more fats enter the diet, also if you drink 2 cups of water before each meal, and wait 5min for it to register with your brain , you will be a lot less hungry for the meal.     Simple Eat Less and Exercise More.

    It’s not that simple is it?

    To lower cholesterol you will have to eat some fiber and get some exercise thats how it works. Yes the dreaded Fruits and Vegetables and Whole Grains- like oatmeal and brown rice! Eat less fatty meat. It has Cholesterol in it and the fat gets turned in to Cholesterol. I’m sure there are some Fruits and Vegetables you like, you don’t have to like them all, but you need to try some. Full one plate or bowl with food and don’t go for seconds. Get 30-60mins of exercise a day like walking or biking.

    Hi,

    In 2005 i was diagnosed with high blood pressure, and I’m “very overweight” (250 pounds). The doctor said I should think about losing some weight and start to exercise. I’ve had three back surgeries since 2001, I used to be a size five. But then I blew up to an astonishing size 22. I’ve tried throwing up my food but that I could never succeed at it even though Ive tried a thousand times. I’ve try marking down everything I eat, took weight loss pills and exercising to burn the extra fat. You name it, i’ve tried it.
