All depends on the claims. Are they a good food, like others, with anti-oxidants and nutritious fats? Yes, probably so.
Do they cause immediate weight loss, cure cancer, make you smarter or richer or both? Well, I am not so sure. In fact, I don’t think so.
Foods sold as wonder foods rarely are as wonderful as the beliefs of their best salespeople. While this food is not a hoax as a food, it can become one in the mouths of those selling it.
And I like it, personally. But I am still fat.
