Are there any good weight loss food-plans for men online?

I need a calendar to give me a specific daily food list to get down below 2000 cals eventually. Something like a drawn-up plan would be perfect.

    1. Be realistic. In almost any weigh t loss plan article, the first step would always be to steer away from setting unrealistic goals. Start with something small as long as they are pragmatic.     2. Learn how to prepare. This is the time where you have to rid yourself free of all the junk food you have been used to eating. If you will always get to see the stuff, there is a greater chance that you will be tempted to consume the food, and destroying your original plan of losing weight.

    3. Reward yourself. Even in psychology, it is an important fact to know that individuals excel when there is a reward at hand. If you meet a portion of your weight loss goals, then treat yourself with something nice like a good shirt or a nice dinner. Never include junk foods in your reward list though.

    4. Be aware of the most essential meal of the day. When you hear other people say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, then you better believe it. If you would eat a healthy breakfast each day, then it could truly help you with your weight loss plan. A complete breakfast can truly steer you away from feeling starving and would keep you from being tempted to eat unnecessary, unhealthy foods.

    5. And finally, don’t just stick with eating what’s healthy. You need to act and stay healthy. Complement your weight loss plan with proper exercise and in the desired time of your choice, you can surely achieve your fitness goals and see yourself turn into something new
