  • Acai berry and colon cleanse diet. How frequent do you take these pills and how much? They dont really specify?

Posted on February 8th, 2010 admin 2 comments

I have taken an interest in the Acai berry and colon cleanse diet. I recieved both bottles and they both say take two capsules a day but not whether I should take them together, or through out the day. The only really thing I know for certain is not at night! Now I work out 3 to 4 times a week and hoping this will help on my pursuit to a healthy life. Does anyone with some back ground in this have any ideas?

    • Seriously this sh!t does not work, just drink plenty of water healthy eating and regular exercise. Get a wii fit, and purchase mario olympics its a wicked work out and its fun too

    • One such promise is that you’ll lose “30 pounds in 30 days”. While açaí has many health benefits, losing 30 pounds in 30 days is not one of them. The truth is, while açaí contributes to your overall health, it is certainly not the only component of a healthy lifestyle. You do not live on açaí alone. Your diet should consist of a large variety of (preferably high-ORAC) vegetables, high-quality meat, and a small quantity of fruit.
